Shipping policy

Shipping

We provide free shipping and returns via UPS Ground Service for all continental U.S. based orders.  We also offer UPS expedited (2-3 day) or next-day shipping, for an additional charge.  We do not ship to PO Boxes.  Please note that once an order is in the shipping stage, it is not possible to cancel it or amend it.

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Order processing time is in addition to the shipping time (standard or expedited). Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Sunday or holidays.

International orders are shipped via DHL or comparable service (selected at our discretion) for an additional $50.00 shipping charge. Payment of any foreign customs fees or taxes is the responsibility of the recipient based on local laws in the country where the recipient of our product resides.
