Shipping

We provide free shipping via UPS Ground Service for orders within the 48 continental U.S. states. Expedited shipping via UPS is available as an option for a fee. Expedited orders ship out within 24 hours from credit verification, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders are processed and shipped from Connecticut.

Buyers will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

For orders shipped to New York and Connecticut, sales taxes will be charged.  All transactions are in US dollars.

 

Returns

All items purchased by continental U.S. based customers are eligible for return within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Any refund will be issued to your original payment method.  All orders shipped outside of the USA are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and in the same condition as they were received and in the original packaging in which it was received with all tags attached and intact.

How To Complete Your Return

1.    Within 14 days of your order’s delivery, please email us at welcome@marabilis.com in order for us to send you a prepaid UPS return label.

2.    Items must be shipped back to Marabilis within 5 days of your return being authorized.

3.    Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please note that it may take another day or two before the refund is credited back to your credit card.

We reserve the right to reject any return on merchandize that does not meet  the conditions stated above. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
